Access to personal data

Referral Incentive terms and conditions

1. Referral incentives are paid when the person you have referred completes on an application that Thinkofmortgages.com have assisted with.
2. Referral incentives are made in the form of vouchers. Cash incentives are not available.
3. Voucher value is dependent on the type of application the person you have referred completes on:
   
   • Mortgage - £50
   • Protection - £50
   • General Insurance - £25
4. Referral incentives are made on a ‘per person’ and not ‘per application’ basis. The value of the voucher will be based on the highest value application (as shown above) that the person you have referred completes on i.e. a mortgage application and general insurance application is made, voucher value will be £50. In instances where the person completes on 2 of the same type of application, the incentive you will receive will be 1 x completed application i.e. in the case of 2 mortgage completions, voucher value will be £50
5. Referral incentives are paid only once, therefore any subsequent remortgage applications that Thinkofmortgages.com assists with will not be eligible for a further referral payment i.e. when rate expires.
6. Vouchers will be sent by recorded delivery approximately 1 -2 weeks from the date that Thinkofmortgages.com receives payment from the provider. However this could be sooner in some instances.

Cashback Incentive terms and conditions

1. Cashback incentives are paid when the customers completes on an application where online submissions forms have been completed and the process is conducted by post, email or telephone and not face to face (unless otherwise advised by the adviser).
2. Cashback incentive are made in the form of vouchers. Cash incentives are not available.
3. Voucher value is dependent on the type of application customers complete on and also based on the mortgage loan amount if applicable:
   
   • Mortgage loan £100,000 or greater - £50
   • Mortgage loan less than £100,000 - £50
   • Protection - £50
   • General Insurance - £25
4. Cashback incentives are made on ‘per transaction’ basis i.e. mortgage, protection and general insurance applications are made and completed on, voucher value will be £125 (where mortgage loan is £100,000 or greater).
5. Cashback is only available to ‘direct’ customers and not available for those who have been referred to Thinkofmortgages.com by a third party.
6. If a change of lender is required for any reason that the adviser would not reasonably have been expected to be aware of at the time of application but the customer should have been aware then cashback will not be payable.
7. Vouchers will be sent by recorded delivery approximately 1 -2 weeks from the date that Thinkofmortgages.com receives payment from the provider. However this could be sooner in some instances.
